Hello! I am Christopher Kaelin, but most everyone just calls me Chris. I grew up in Clarksville, Jeffersonville, and Harrison County, and attended Greater Clark County and South Harrison Community Schools. After graduating from South Central Junior-Senior HIgh School in 2001, I left home for the Navy, and was stationed in the Tidewater region of Virginia. I made two deployments aboard USS Constellation (CV-64) and USS Enterprise (CVN-65), both times in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom, and was honorably discharged as a Petty Officer Second Class in 2008.

Upon returning to Clark County, I embarked on a career in private security and corrections. Along with my seven years of Navy service, I have four years of experience with the Kentucky Department of Corrections, and four years of experience in private security.

I live in Jeffersonville with my wife Katie and our cat, Alice.
